About these terms

These terms govern your use of inhomeny.com and the Homeny app, operated by Invest In Code LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Homeny”). By using the website or app, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact support@inhomeny.com.

Your account & household

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. Only connect accounts and devices you are authorized to use. Make sure you have permission to add information or photos about other people.

Household features are designed to share information with other household members. Consider who has access to your household and any shared display before adding private information.

Homeny accounts are for adults aged 18 and older. Children may not create or use their own accounts. Household administrators are responsible for managing invitations and access to the household.

Using Homeny responsibly

Use Homeny lawfully. Do not attempt to access another household without permission, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Invest In Code LLC permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide Homeny, including sharing it with the household members you authorize. Do not add content you lack the right to share.

Devices & third-party services

Connected features depend on compatible hardware, internet access, and third-party services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy notices. Features can change or become unavailable when a provider changes its service.

Check important device information in the manufacturer’s app or on the device itself. Homeny is not an emergency response service or a substitute for safety or security systems.

Availability, pricing & changes

The website currently describes Homeny as coming soon. Illustrative screens show examples and may differ from the app.

We may update features, fix issues, or suspend access that violates these terms or puts the service or others at risk. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that information from connected devices will always be current. Keep a separate copy of information that matters to you. Any future paid offering will present its price and applicable purchase terms before you agree to pay.

You can stop using Homeny at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@inhomeny.com. Deletion and retention are described in our Privacy page. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. We may revise these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be brought to your attention on the website or in the app before they take effect.
